• During the process, we request for their Name, E-mail address, Mobile Number, Business Information, Contact Details, Business Location Pinned to Google Maps and now it is deemed that the User(s) have given Weby Store the right to publish their provided information in its Platform wherever required.
• Whenever a user search for a listed business, product or services Weby Store will display the user(s) business and contact details with physical location.
• Weby Store also gather usage statistics such as no. of pages viewed, duration of sessions, number of unique visitors, browser software, location details etc. for analysis that helps us provide you improved user experience and services.
• Weby Store’s primary goal in collecting personal & business information is to display along with business and product/service listing they offer, provide the user with a customized experience on our Platform which includes personalized services, interactive communication between the users etc.
• Normally User(s) with listed Businesses will get business enquiries/correspondence through their mobile phone or email provided in the account. Weby Store does not exercise any control over these activities.
• Weby Store records browsing activities of all the users including but not limited to the contact details, profiles, correspondences and uses the same to provide value-added services to our users.
• Weby Store as a rule will not disclose or share any of the user's personally identifiable information except when Weby Store has the user's permission or under special circumstances, such as when Weby Store believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.
• Weby Store may also disclose account information in special cases when Weby Store has reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Weby Store's Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Weby Store's rights or property or if Weby Store deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services.
• Weby Store may, from time to time, send its users emails/SMS/MMS/mobile messages regarding its products and services which can be unsubscribed in case user not interested in it.
• Also on registering every user will be automatically get subscribed to our periodical messaging which can be unsubscribed in case user does not wish to receive.
• User may edit his/her account information and profile by logging onto our Platform.
• Weby Store does not sell any data in bulk to third party that can be misused for telemarketing or bulk mailing or any other wrong purposes.
• In addition, Weby Store does not sell any user's personal information or business information until and unless the user permits it.
• Weby Store requests all its users to sign out of their Weby Store account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access their personal or business information and correspondence, if the user shares the computer with someone else or is using a computer in a public place.
• Even though Weby Store strives to protect the user's personal & business information, unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. So, the security of any information transmitted to Weby Store cannot be assured and you do so at your own risk. Once Weby Store receives your transmission, it makes best efforts to ensure its security in its systems.

Deletion of User Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Account and all related Personal & Other Data directly by deleting your account within your profile section in the mobile app. If you are unable to do, you can also contact us at support@webystoreapp.com
